Oh No!!..is it possible?

Has anyone ever received a dead brand new Buzz Pro? I just got my new Buzz today...both batteries are off the charger at 4.17...nothing, nada...no red light nothing.

Plus, is it normal to have the battery at the top really really stay up there when you unscrew the bottom cap? Like having to kinda beat it to get it to come out?..to the point of shaking out the piece of plastic liner?

I am assuming you have a new ecf version ? I have never had this trouble with my buzz. Like ever. With any type of batts. Ever. I also dont have the ecf version.

Rare, but if somehow the ground came loose in shipping you would not complete the circuit. A common suggestion is to slightly loosen and retighten the side screw, just a turn, and see if that does it.
