Q1: Is it your policy that you don't reply / confirmed e-mail to customers
e-mail box?
Anyway I check back to your website and saw the detail of my order
and is written Dispatched.
Q2: when click on tracking, the EMS box appeared with a tracking number
there, is that my tracking number? I ask this question because i was
unable to track cause everytime its ERROR CODE...
