Just placed my orders 3 days ago,(1st order)

Q1: Is it your policy that you don't reply / confirmed e-mail to customers

e-mail box?

Anyway I check back to your website and saw the detail of my order

and is written Dispatched.

Q2: when click on tracking, the EMS box appeared with a tracking number

there, is that my tracking number? I ask this question because i was

unable to track cause everytime its ERROR CODE...

I am in no way affiliated with Eastmall, but I have ordered from them twice now and both times it was the same.

Q1: I received no email confirmation, but I could log on and see my order was dispatched.

Q2: I went to the EMS tracking site directly to do the tracking and it works fine. There is an image verification that needs to be put in for the tracking to work. To be fair I never use the tracking links for anyone as they all seem buggy. I always cut and paste the number to the appropriate site, whether it is USPS or EMS

you should recieve a confirmation of your order,
you should get a tracking number when it is dispatched,
however the site is having some problems and sometimes this does not happen.

but you can go into your account and see the status and get tracking number.

Yeppers, I do exactly the same thing. Works like a charm. I always sign up for email notification once it shows up on the USPS web site.

Its still error code even i cut and paste to the main site EMS. Guess the tracking number is not right.
I used to order things from china, and the tracking info will let me know where exactly the things is, so i can guess approxiamtely when it will reach me so i can ask someone to receive for me if i'm not home. Its a hassle to call them again or probably have to go to their branch to collect incase I miss the mailman.

I tried to do a track with my number from eastmall

I pasted the number in there
and typed in the verification number as it asked.

the number did not paste in properly-
it missed the N from the end of the number

I tried and tried
and no way would it go in there

so I took out one of the middle numbers

put the N on the end

then put the middle number back in the middle

and what do you think

yup-- the stooooopid thing worked.

so I dunno what is up with the ems tracking site,
but I got it to work -- ----- eventually ---------------
