The Kentucky House of Representatives will soon be voting on HB190, which would ban smoking in all public places of employment, but it would also would ban the use of electronic cigarettes in all places where smoking is banned.
Thanks to the hard work of a small group of Kentucky vapers, Representative Stan Lee has introduced an amendment ("AMENDMENT #1 to HB190") that would remove e-cigarettes from the bill.
Because e-cigarette vapor is NOT smoke, Volcano is strongly urging its customers to support Rep. Stan Lee's Amendment #1 to HB190.
There are two easy steps you can take.
(1) Call the Kentucky Legislature's Messaging Service at 1-800-372-7181and ask that all the members of the House are told that you support Amendment #1 to HB190, which would remove the dishonest addition of "e-cigarettes" to the proposed smoking ban.
If you get a busy signal when calling the Messaging Service, please keep trying.
(2) Using the Kentucky Legislature's 'Find my Representative' website, identify the legislators who represent your city. From there, simply send an e-mail or call their offices.
