Ok folks, starting up a new thread. Have had so many changes that I decided just to start a new thread. Unfortunately you can't easily go back and update your first post, so this is about the best thing to do. Currently I am building custom painted, CA finished GDNA and Peko mods along with custom made wood drip tips.

Customers of other wood mod builders here in ECF can have them send me a scrap of the wood from the mod they build for you or you can send it to me yourself. I also have a pretty good stock of wood on hand. I will build large or small bore drip tips with a dual O-ring stainless steel core (extra set of larger o-rings included) based on whatever size you specify within the bounds of the scrap piece you have left over. Typically I make standard cylinder type tips or what I call Nup Nip tips (router style that looks great on a nuppin' rda).

For the mods I build, currently they are 3D printed industrial grade nylon from a professional print house, not some dinky home 3D printer. So they are super light, yet incredibly strong. My favorite custom paint style is swirl painting, but will do other styles as well. Then many layers of CA are applied and polished to a high gloss. The CA (superglue if you didn't know) is already used a lot in wood finishing, as it is impervious to most chemicals, mainly ejuice for us. Just about any other finish will wear much faster with time, pressure, heat and ejuice leakage. So the CA keeps the beautiful custom paint jobs that way for a long, long time. It's also more resilient to drops with CA, where other finishes chip easier.

Due to changing prices of materials, shipping rates and other factors, please PM me for pricing.

Here is a link to the old thread where their are lots of great pics - Lush Mods, Drip Tips and more!

Thanks everyone! The first thread was a blast.

Well, afternoon coffee seems like a nice ending.

It's been a pleasure, while I was actually a vendor, to sell to the fine people here and definitely a blessing to continue having so many great friends on this forum after I stopped. Hopefully the arrangements I made will allow me to continue with the same ECF name and just roll over to a non vendor account.

Anyway, feel free to contact me through any of the methods I have mentioned before. Just understand, I can help folks, but I no longer sell anything. Don't want to get kicked off...LOL...so pleased don't ask.

Anyway, no point in a long @$$ post. I just simply wanted to thank everyone for being supportive and being a part of this great community. Everyone take care and keep in touch.

Thank you!

For any admins, just wanted to say that I am not selling or profiting from the product mentioned below nor am I affiliated in anyway with the company referred to below (but not named) other than giving them the design for the betterment of the bottom feeding community. If there is anything inappropriate, please PM me and let me remove the portion deemed so.

Hey folks, I do have something of interest to post. Think that I mentioned awhile back that Gdeal and myself developed a new 510 (the version I used on all my latest mods). Well we gave the design to another company who is not on ECF and we are in no way profiting from the sales, so think I can mention it (I'll check before posting the website). Anyway, we were able to improve on the design and had to make a few changes to allow for mass production. But the cool part is anyone can buy them from this particular website. You will have a choice of 12mm or 22mm flattop flange and it comes with everything needed for a manual or auto adjust 510. The only caveat here is they are 1mm flanges so you will need to purchase a spacer or larger o-ring to retrofit an existing GDNA or Peko. I will have more info on that once the production run is over and they are actually on the site for sale. But for now I can at least offer some pics and can assure you, it is absolutely not the source of my original 510s who had major quality issues. The guy we are working with gets top notch quality or we would have never agreed to give away the design.

But first I want to say this was nothing more than coincidence that I got my production samples in the same week as Peter. He and I are good friends and we both already knew about each others 510 designs. We have both been at this for quite a while as several of us vendors were tired of the quality issues from that other place. They weren't meant to be competing design in any way, simply different as he wanted a really high end manual 510 for his gorgous mod and we were looking for a cost effective quality 510 for anyone (and mainly bring the auto adjust feature to the masses). So just wanted to put that out there so nobody thinks any different. Matter of fact, he's sending me one of his 510s for the stunning pinch you fine folks gave to me. Wanted to keep it up to date with his latest creations.

As we already know I suck at pics, so here are some from Gdeal.

This is the 12mm version with everything except the negative solder terminal (we both forgot to include it in our pics, but you all have seen them before).

This is the 22mm version:

This is a top down so you can see the type of slot we went with to allow adjustment, but doesn't breach the sides of the pin. This is in a manual adjust configuration.

The auto adjust insulator setup. We added a washer to reduce wear on the o-ring.

Auto adjust at the engagement point (which gives us 2mm of travel to account for any atty on the market).

The manual adjust insulator setup.

A successful hard pressure test.

So anyway, hopefully they will be available soon for everyone and I will have further instructions for those wanting to retrofit a GDNA or Peko. Also should mention there was one minor change on the model in production now. The bottom insulator lip was reduced slightly to allow the negative retaining nut to slip over the insulator without having to remove the insulator. Anyway, hopefully folks will enjoy this small contribution to the bottom feeding community.

Hey folks! Thought I would post one of my little special projects that has been in the works for quite a while. Gdeal and myself designed this a long time ago, but getting them milled proved to be a long and costly adventure. Then I got stuck making all the buttons, building/soldering them and doing all the finish work, so yeah, that made it take an even longer time to get finished. They ended up being too cost prohibited to sell as a regular item (so more a labor of love since there was no profit involved at the price point they are being sold). They were just to expensive to manufacture, so we only made a couple of them. This particular one is mine and made with red mallee button and drip tip. One thing for sure, these are certainly going to be unicorns....LOL...as I will never be making them again. Anyway, enjoy the pics. This one isn't quite finished, which is why the screws are out in the bottom plate. But it was close enough that I thought I would share a pic.

There could quite possibly be one left that might get put up for sale, not sure yet as the beta guys got first shot at them. If there is someone interested in the one left over mod, send me a PM and might want to mention that here too. Yes, it is a DNA40 large screen and pricing will depend on the options you pick (discuss in PM if interested).

However, I do have some other mods coming up soon that will be for sale. I may have slowed down my vendor thing a lot, as I needed some time to start enjoying the hobby again and doing a few things for myself. But don't completely count me out just yet. I really think folks are going to love the next item up for sale. More to come soon on that.

OK, here are some pics of my alum mod. Yes, I suck at pics.

Yeah I know, been a long time since I posted any pics...LOL. Anyway, here are a few pics of some naked Gdibi's which are now being sent to the wood tailor! Yup, that first one is the only solid silver cap version of which I am aware. And even though you can't tell it, the pics with the dual mods, one is brass and the other is bronze. When polished up, they are barely distinguishable except for a very tiny rosy color in the bronze. My personal Gdibi has bronze caps too, but soon they will be getting a nice chemical patina bath.....gotta be different!
