I just bought a KGO Kit from Virgin Vapor, and when received, the charger would not charge. So, as I have done in the past with others, I wrote to them explaining the situation, asking if a replacement was possible, and that I would be very happy to return the non-working charger.
In less than 20 minutes, I had a response! "We are sorry you had a problem, and will send a replacement immediately."
Apparently they do not require the old one, although I would be happy to send it. This really makes me want to do business with Virgin Vapor again! Now I need to explore all their other items (or flavors), now that I know they will take care of their customers, unlike some in the negative comment section. Also, Virgin Vapor's KGO kit was the best available price.
Customer service can be a scarce commodity. It is gratifying to see this high level at Virgin Vapor! Thanks Kitty! Good job!
