This is my second positive review for Virgin Vapor. the first one was to sing their praise for their product. This one is for their customer service.
I have received 2 pieces of defective product from them (both manufacturer defects). Both times they were very willing to work with me to fix the situation, and they did it pleasently. The second time they asked that I return the product and they created a code so I could get free shipping on my next order to pay me back for the shipping cost I incurred.
I have to say, I am supremely impressed with their customer service. Most stores grudgingly help. Virgin Vapor was sincerely interested in helping me.
I only shop at one store now, Virgin Vapor, because there is no need to go anywhere else. Great product, great service, and great pricing!
