So sadly I've beat my chuck to hell. I always sit it in my lap driving home from work and forget where I put it when I get outa my car and bam it goes down onto the driveway! It still fires of course, but I'm in the process of replacing the switch, batt connector, and paintjob.

Dis-assembly was a breeze besides one issue im having. It seems the batt connector is sealed into the top cap with solder. The soldering iron I have will not fit in between the cap and connector. I'm either going to see about buying a iron with a smaller tip to fit or heat the connector on the opposite side and hope it frees it up enough to "extract" it.

Anyone who has gone through this process or has some insight for me hit me up! Luckily I have a backup ego set, but am really missing the 6v vape!
