OK
Gotta try this. Question though....
The 510 connector.... I couldn't see in the pictures on my phone. Is it unsealed?
What if you shortened the brass pipe and get a flexible 1/16 I.d. tube for inside the juice bottle. That would make it easier the remove and reinstall the bottle.
It would work if you drilled a hole up the middle of the center post. Or, salvage a center post that isn't sealed from somewhere else. There is a pic from Highping in this thread of not using a center post at all, just a brass tube, but you have probably seen the caution on brass tubes. A SS needle would not apply to this.
Mill the lure lock part smooth on a 14ga. 1 in. Needle stuff that into the tube, needle up thru atty, I put shrink wrap around it fit ascetics it doesn't leak on mine. I didn't make this juice box but similar juice delivery.
Also as a noob to soldering what cables did you solder to together? in this tutorial your very super clear and even though I assume that other post is not a tutorial I have no idea what you did could you explain it?
The bottle/atty connector assembly is identical to the one in this tutorial (only with a bigger bottle i think). I just soldered a couple pieces of copper on the other ends of the wires for the "switch"... and by switch, I mean mashing the two copper plates onto the ends of the batt with your finger and thumb :/
