I placed my order last Thursday and as my luck would have it a sale started on Friday. No worries with that when dealing with OSDIY though! I was contacted and asked if I would like to add any sale items to my order and refunded the difference in the sale price on my original order! That is way above and beyond customer service in my book
My orders have always shipped the same day and arrive neatly packaged with care. I always receive cool little freebies to boot!
