I recently purchased a Smoktech SiD on impulse, a few hours later I realized I had forgotten an rba and mesh. I ordered the items on a separate order and e-mailed MVS immediately asking to combine the orders because I had upgraded shipping on the SiD. I honestly expected it was too late (it was past business hours by my second order) and thought I'd wake to an apology e-mail. Instead, I woke up to an e-mail saying my lesser shipping charge had been refunded and an e-mail from customer service saying they had combined the order.

This is outstanding customer service and I plan to return to shop. Items arrived as expected, and MVS shipped the items very quickly. Great condition and very securely packaged.
