Mist I'm smack dab in the middle of North Carolina....1/2 way between Fayetteville and Raleigh..Deep in the Woods of DixieLand...Made it to your area once to the Michigan International Speedway...Kinda liked it there a good smooth and very fast track..

Vapomonkey sorry about beating you on the welcome to the Army...I've noticed before that our hair was the same color...went down and donated to locks of love about 2 weeks ago...If one more person says anything about Kurt Cobain......Bro I kept the hard part to grow...kinda enjoying it shorter now and may go "mainstream"....Undercover and outta sight....Not a bad thing when old El Dee isn't recognized......

5CS you and Mist watch out for splinters...Now I got all the wood tools but mostly I frame...personal projects only for the time being....Went back too my roots and ordered some SLB 901s....They last and last at 4.45...Kicked this one to 4.8 as it seems to be waining...Had some VaporNine and V4Ls laying around...Man they don't cut the Mega mustard...Not even close.

The nicest thing about the Buzz is the voltage stays constant start to finish during the battery cycle...I tested what I turned it too...4.82...Then I stabbed in a fresh set of Trusties and re-tested...4.82...I feel that alone greatly contributes to atty/carto lifespan...My Buzz rides the motorcycle and ATV...It's sailed the high seas, been down the river and out on the lake...It's cleared land on chainsaw duty and been on many construction sites...Right now it should be laying blocks...but...blocks suck..bricks too..not as heavy tho..Bottom line it's been around...pocket carried and sat in precarious positions,,,hot, cold and in-between...It's smacked the concrete...hit the dirt and even impaled the atty in the beach sand once....Try getting that out of the atty when 5 miles up the beach...Through it all it still looks and performs exactly like the day I received it...I'm waiting to Beta the Infinity....Let the adventures begin...I'm ready...

Right on Dee. You guys test that thing good because we want it to work as good as the Buzz. My Buzz has had some rough times but not as rough as yours. vape on good buddy.

Dude, you may not believe this but if I could throw a rock 2 miles to the east it would land on that track. I'm in the woods here too man. I only have 5 acres of the woods but it's nice. Got a creek runnin' through it and everything. If you come up here for a race again you gotta come over for a beer or sumpin'.

Hey 5card. I went back through the modders forum until I found this thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...justable-voltage-mod-passthrough-vapebox.html
Nice stuff. I'm workin' on a wooden 5V bottom feeder in cherry with walnut and burl maple celtic knot inlays on the sides. I don't think I'm allowed to post in the modders area anymore since I'm a supplier but maybe it'd be cool to post a pic in here when it's done.

Wow that's what I get for being stuck in the kitchen all day...Welcome Mist! You've met quite a few of the army here already, but there are more of us gals around too :) Your woodwork and veneer are a sight to behold.

5C you've been holdin out on me...I had no idea you refinished antiques! I used to before I got stuck in an apartment without a shop and tools. My work is nothing nearly as gorgeous as yours tho. I've redone a couple of old pie safes, built a repro pie safe and did the punched tin for it. I love the old primitive farmstyle antiques. I redid all the cupboard doors in the kitchen of my now ex husband's house in punched tin too. I'm at a stand still right now as all that banging kinda pisses the neighbors off lol.

El Dee, wish you were closer, you could come have Turkey day with hubby and me. Hug your momma, hope she's doing better :)

Thanks for the warm welcome Bovina, and the kind compliment. Happy to be a new recruit but I haven't got my gear yet. My wife says that since my Buzz is a birthday present from her I can't use it until my birthday which isn't until December 11th. She honestly thinks I'm going to wait two weeks after it arrives to fire that puppy up? Yeah, right.
Glad to hear that you put the Buzz through the torture tests El Dee. I have a tendency to bounce my PVs off the rough concrete floor of my shop. Chucks bounce the farthest.:) they're kind of heavy. I ran over my Chuck with the tractor too. The GLV doesn't bounce as far but it vapes better. I'll try to be more careful with the Buzz. I have a feeling I'm gonna love this thing.

You will love it...and it comes with a screwdriver lol! I have a big Chuck too but the switch crapped out after a couple of months. Just got it back from repair last week...but it doesn't hold a candle to my Buzz! The guys tease me that I should use the Chuck as a knuckle pack when I punch my hubby :)

Would you put in an 18650 or a pair of RCR123s for that?

I don't think my shenanigans will make her my "ex". We've been married since 1979. She knows me pretty well :p. My back up's a 5V GLV which is a nice PV. I'm sure I'll still use that once in a while. My wood veneered Chuck, on the other hand, has been a very nice looking $80.00 paper weight for some time now.
Crimmy offered me that veneer but I don't really make anything out of oak so shipping it to MI. wouldn't have been worth the cost to me either. I told him to look for a cabinet shop in GA. I hope he finds a home for it. Looks like decent stuff.
