Well done Papa Moon, we're never quite ready to let them fly solo.

From the coast of gold, across the seven seas,
I'm traveling on, far and wide,
But now it only seems, I'm just a stranger to myself,
And all the these things I sometimes do, it isn't me but someone else.

I close my eyes, I think of home,
Another city goes by, in the night,
Ain't it funny how it seems, you never miss it til it's gone away,
And my heart is lying there and will be til my dying day.

So understand
Don't waste your time always searching for those wasted years,
Face up, make your stand,
And realize we're living in the golden years.

Ha! I didn't mean fly by as in keep on going by!! Love the art, and very glad to know you're doing well. What's new with me since we last spoke? Still living with my mother in law, but now she's my ex MIL  Divorce was final last April, but since he's not living here, MIL needs someone around to help. It's working out for both of us so far.

Do I remember correctly that you listen to Nightwish? :)

Sorry, I misunderstood the whole "fly by" thing. Oh well :)

I didn't know about your divorce? - and now I realize it's been about two years since we last spoke! Omg...

Anyway, It's nice to hear that you're doing well with your used-to-be-MIL :) I don't even know if we have such a term in Finnish language at all, but I (of course) get what you mean :)

Me? Yes! I do listen Nightwish (especially when Tarja is doing vocals) absolutely, oh yes! Tarja (btw) has nowadays gone solo, and she has a band called - well - Tarja :)

Other news.... No easy way to put this, so ...

My brother died.

It kinda brings a man down.

And it takes long time for me (and my family) to recover. They say that it's easy to let go and die - it's much harder for those who have to keep on living.

But as they say - life goes on. And me too - hopefully :)
