I had cut down quite heavily - probably to 2 or 3 per day, before I switched to WTA. It's now been 3 odd weeks without a cigarette, though I have starting snusing since a few days ago (1 - 2 portions / day, which is very little in the scheme of things).

The first week was pretty shocking, even with WTA, but I don't feel too bad now, and my sleep is *much* better...

I've got a good 2 - 3 month supply of various supplements, so I'll use them - I might even buy more at the end. Hard to say if it's helping (n=1. Bad study :) ), but it isn't costing *that* much, and I've got no qualms about spending a bit extra for a while if it has a chance of helping me be rid of the evil burny things for good...
