That might be "funny" but vapers in Chicago will be over that by Jan 1, 2016. The City of Chicago and Cook County are proposing a combined tax that is around $1+/ml.

The sad part is, John Daley, the son of BOSS DALEY (who created the Democratic Machine) is pushing that through. His brother, Richard Daley bankrupted the City of Chicago to the tune of a few billion. They are slowly digging out, but still more than $1 billion in the hole. Just passed the e-liquid tax which was part of a package that incl property taxes: total tax value? $775 million.

This is the group that gave us Barack Obama...and the US will be an additional $10 Trillion more in debt on his watch, $19T total.
