I smoked about a pack and a half of Nat Sherman MCDs for years. In early March, I started vaping and used 18mg. By the end of April, I realized that 18mg was too much for me. I was waking up during the night and having very strange dreams. I switched to 11-12mg and have been very happy with this. Late at night, I use 6mg.
