:oops:Has anyone weaned down off the nicotine using a e-cig. I was a pack and half a day smoker. I started vaping June 1 and smoke free June 19th. I have 18mg and 16mg juice (510’er all the way)
I just ordered some 11mg hoping that I can wean off the nicotine all together. Anyone done this with success and if so, am I doing this right? Suggestions welcome.

Once your 18 is done, then start the 16. Once thats gone, start the 11. etc. etc! its a good way to ween your self down.

What I do, is I keep about 4 carts worth of the higher stuff until I get used to the lower stuff. That way if I feel like I need a little boost, (stress trigger) then I have it available.

Its worked for me. Got me from 36 to 18 already! I have taken it very slow though.

still deciding what I want lol.. I am going to order some 0 level still want to keep my 16 /18 level.. thinking I don't need a constant flow of nicotine everytime I vap so will be doing the 0 level vaping inbetween vaping on the nicotine... and see how that goes for me... guess its the same idea with a different approach...

This is a very good idea i might try that one myself. I do tend to vape a lot and it does worry me about the nic intake this could be my way forward to. Thanks for the info ;)
