Many of the banners people use you can click on and it will take you to the site where you can generate your own. We also have two options that are hosted here at ECF: ECF Signature Banner Generators
You won't be able to add one to your signature just yet, though. Once you've hit 15 posts you just have to wait until the next 0:25 past the hour, that's when the server will update your permissions. Then just click on "Settings" at the top of the page and then you'll find "Edit Signature" in the menu bar on the left of that page (note this won't be visible to you until your permissions allow it)
