A new mod needs a new atty....I guess.

The Goon 25 would be perfect on the new Drone, I'm going to have to get one for my regular Drone.

It's too bad that 528 is such a ......... of a company, might have to wait for the "Unauthorized Authentic" from the majors.

Goon 25 looks like a normal Goon, just 25mm, I guess more room for the "Big" builds :)
IMO a good RSA is able to flood juice all the way over the coil, with out leaking thru the Air holes :)
When you drip it covers the coil from the top & wets the cotton. Most RDA's were designed to Drip no BF!
A RSA properly designed for BF'ing makes all the difference :)

There were a couple of RDAs that fed juice down over the top of the coil, I forget which ones they are now, looked to gimmicky to me.

The Goon is a tried and true RDA. I love the 24 and will have a 25 at some point.

I don't have any dual coil RDA/RSA's :(
I'v eyed the Goon, many times but cant get into dual coils. Most of my BF'ers are single 18650, not the best for real low builds.
The RSA's I'm talking about don't necessarily have to squonk juice from the top on to the coil, just have air holes high up enough to cover the coil with juice when squonked, with out leaking out the holes :)
A Pulse 22 & a Recurve, both do this for me :)

Give the KRMA a try, air holes are higher than the coil.

I'll just sadly post this here as Psyclone doesn't have Canadian shipping. They're selling the old 75 board for $10.50 USD each :w00t:. Although I only wanted 2, I put 10 in the cart and it took it. Enjoy.

Evolv DNA75

I will probably get a "Damn you slick" for posting this lol, but for $13.70 shipped for these mod kits and a smoking deal on those 75 boards you can build a nice mod pretty cheap. HANA MODZ DNA 250 200 75 Do It Yourself (DIY) kit 11 colors. *Free Battery* incl | eBay
The lipo pack that comes with these kits has brass tabs spot welded to the lipo cell tabs and makes it very easy to desolder and resolder the cells, convert them from series to parallel. Also the individual cells are not glued or stuck to each other so it's easy to unwrap the cells and rearrange them so the tabs line up correctly for a parallel pack, done a few of them that way for the 75 boards, vaping on one of them right now.
I know it's a hell of a deal on those 75's but I have more DNA mods then I use now and more boards and parts already waiting for future builds. At this point, even a hell of a deal really would be money spent on something I just won't use. I have to admit, I did put three in the cart and sat there looking at it for some time trying to justify it in my mind, finally said Come on, really? What the heck are you gonna do with them?.....
So now I come here teasing you guys into it lol.

Whats the battery life like, with the converted parallel 950mAH hana cells?
Can you post some pics of the cell realignment?
I have a few spare Hana enclosures, lipos & 75's :)

Well the life is pretty close to the same are running the same battery in series on a 200 board, little less I guess but pretty close. I generally run two mod/atty's switching back and forth between flavors, with the 900mah battery's I get about 3/4 of the day on each one before I have to switch them out for a fully charged one. I don't think they would last you a full day at work but they work well for me being retired at home and having a bunch of mods sitting charged and ready to go. I have 200's and 75's in these mod kits, for me they both work equally well and they are a nice compromise in size, small enough to carry in a pocket when working outside and big enough to make it most of the day, I rather have the smaller size and put up with having shorter life, I still have one of the ERM+ and it never gets used anymore, sold the other one to a guy that spotted it while I was at the local vape shop, he wanted it more then I did, had cash and made me an offer I couldn't refuse. :)

Don't have any pics on hand but give me some time and I'll get some taken and posted.

OK, figured I'd cut one open and show you what they look like inside.

With the blue outer wrapper removed

Top padding pulled back
DSC02430S.jpg

Note on left side, Neg lead toward front, Pos lead connects to Neg lead on center cell. Basically all you do is unsolder center cell and flip it around so Neg connects to Neg and Pos connects to Pos, that's your Parallel cell pack. Use pieces of foam, some hot glue and kapton tape to insulate the tabs and keep them from shorting to other tabs or grounding to the foil wrapper. Wrap the cells back up into a pack, slip the blue outer cover back on and warp it with tape, done.

Here's a cell pulled from the pack, they are not glued or stuck together, just warpped with tape to hold the cells in a pack. Note the spot welded brass tab.

It seems kind of strange that there's not one picture that I can find of a LV 250C Drone, that will change this Thursday or Friday. I figure it looks pretty much like the 250 with a different face plate.
I wonder why all the secrecy.
It had better accept 18650's....BTW
