Note: Can't edit title. Should be (Uses 18650 or 26650 batteries)

Just stumbled upon this. New version on the way!

I personally don't vape over 30w, but the extra capacity of a 26650 battery
would come in pretty handy.

Kit appears to come with a full sized 4ml Melo III not the mini version.

I have a regular Pico and love it, but I'm not really feeling this one. From what I understand, the 26650s are all 20 amps or less. Yes you'll get a bit more run time, but I rather just carry an extra 18650 or two in my pocket. If they made it so you could use bigger tanks, there might be a reason for it, but that doesn't look to be the case, well maybe slightly bigger.

I'm "on the fence" on this one. While I like having the larger battery it appears that they left the section that a tank attaches to 'pico sized' so only smaller attys will fit.

It seems that I'm collecting 26650 mods so I'll likely get a brushed SS looking one when/if they come out (hopefully before 8/8/16).

In the mean time, the Pressa TC100 is one of my favorite mods and is in my daily rotation.

Eleafworld has posted info on this new mod and it's 80 watts not 100. Interestingly enough they recommend a 35 amp-26650, but only a 25 amp-18650.

PS The max wattage is 80 with the 26650, but only 75 with the 18650. Only thing is, I don't think there's a true 35 amp 26650 is there?

How will the mod be able to determine the physical size of the battery though?

I have a Pico Mega and can use a 25mm atty. I was at my local vape store one day and saw a 510 heat sink and put it on my Mega and tried the larger tank. The owner told me that there are some cheap ones out there that can short out so try it first. If it start getting warm to hot get off your mod ASAP. This fix does cause a minor problem. You have to take the atty off to replace the battery. There many good heat sinks and you should check the height to make sure the tank will clear battery cap.
