Good morning, SMT. :) Very glad you had time to post here. Much happy to hear you're doing well. I would love to read your long post if you can get to it again.

I knew of two stores in Toronto, both of which are now closed. Your government's fiddling with the excise tax to make vaping prohibitively expensive is taking a toll on local shops. I used to order from Maple Leaf Vapes and Custom Kloud Vapes but they've both closed their doors for good. When that bloody excise tax went into effect, I could no longer afford to order from them. Considering I used to order in 120-240 ml quantities, that got way too expensive.
I know. The excise tax on eliquid sux and so is my government.

Any good place to buy eliquid in Toronto?

Hi all! Im from Toronto. I started doing cigars 2023 when my friend introduced it to me. But since I can't smoke cigar on winter, I started looking into vapes for winter.

Bought a Voopoo Drag X but then it started leaking all over so now I have Vaporesso Forz TX80 and way better. Started doing DIY on the 0.4ohm coil. Bought the coil and the cotton at Aliexpress.

Now I wanna sell my Voopoo Drag X but don't want my ad to be deleted.

Took it to the range yesterday.. **sigh** Looks like I'm gonna have to learn how to do minor things to these things. Ran into three issues that I'm told is easy to fix as it's caused by an extractor issue. Put close to 150 rounds through it.

1. It fails to go into battery. A lot.
2. When the mag is full, the first round sometimes fails to feed.
3. Sights are off. WAY off.

First two are apparently easily fixed with a bit of extractor polishing and adjusting. We'll see.

Picked up the new firearm when I went to the range. No way it was going to get fired until it's been torn down, cleaned thoroughly, lubed properly. Damned thing is swimming in oil in the plastic bag.

One thing's for sure. After firing this beast, my SIG P365 felt like a .22 afterwards!

Morning, mixers.

Looks to be a day to watch the rain, along with showing the cat that, yes, it's soggy outside ALL the doors :)

Still a tad cool, but not overly so. The only snow will be above about 5K', where it belongs.

At least he's up and about :)

The Lurker Thread

I am new to using an Instapot, so I did an experiment last night. I cooked a chuck roast that was frozen to see how it did. I was pretty impressed. 70 minutes and the another 10 after I added veggies.

Aren't they great?! Except for rice. Rice hates me. No matter how hard I try, I never get rice that isn't clumpy and sticky.

Dale I've been having the same problem with shipping for about the last 6 months ,a few weeks ago one of my packages took 13 days to go 26 miles the company was about to ship a replacement order, imagine what it must be like for the shippers right now ! .

It's not just the UPS. Everyone seems to have their heads up their backside. I've had issues with 'em all. USPS, FedEx, UPS and even Amazon.

Very reluctant to do online payments.

Most companies will set up auto payments now where they'll automatically take their payment from your card/account. No need to log in each month to pay.

I see that SMT is alive and well but I guess he had no interest in posting here. You can see he stopped in over at the shiney thread

At least he's up and about :)
