So, what is this mod? It's not a 510 thread. The bottom piece of the tank appears to be attached. Am I wrong about that? Should I grab a wrench and crank it off? Seems old to me but allegedly it is very expensive (north of $250) and work great for TC with the homemade coil which is now dismantled for my curiosities. How much is it worth? Is it worth keeping and using or should I be looking for a place to sell it to a collector of mods?

I have never built a coil before so I don't know much about this thing. Does anyone have great internet research skills and the time to see what they can find out about this thing? It looks like there might be a very tiny piece missing from the bottom of the coil but I'm not sure. I did a quick internet search but I did not see any that looked like this. The TCR settings look more or less up to date to me but I don't know a whole lot about it.
I apologize in advance if I have posted this in the wrong place. If there is a better place for it please let me know and I will copy it to where ever it belongs.

In your final picture @DodR there's a small metal piece that goes in the bottom of the coil, it's on the left side of the picture.

Put that in the bottom of the coil and then screw the coil into the base, put the glass on the top piece and then screw onto the coil base assembly and it's ready to be filled with liquid and primed.

Discontinued and no price listed. I still think something might be missing from bottom of atomizer. Check out pictures.

Anything over $50 for a Brand New one is a complete ripoff.

Judging from the photos I would say yours is worth (maybe) $10 - $15 max.

Ha-ha, that mod never sold for anywhere near $250.

It’s a mass produced Chinese mod NOT a custom made and rare mod.

I would like to see a link where you are seeing one of these being listed for $345.

Post the link, I would like a good laugh.

I was searching several variations of ELeaf Tessera for sale" "ELeaf Tessera price" " used ELeaf Tessera cost". There was only 1 listing north of $300 and most were between $15 and $130. I'll try to find the $345 listing when I get some free time.
