What's your 7.4v set up

Just looking to try and find something that lasts a little longer than what I've been using. I am using two 16340 Trust Fire batteries with a 510 to 808D adapter with V4L cool carts and a drip tip. My problem is I'm only getting an average of two days out of my carts.

I use the HV atties from Greenhouseone and they last me a while.. Had one last me a over a month.. using it right now...
