Absolutely yes. Lots of nicotine will do that for you. Years ago I tried snuff in an attempt to quit smoking, I ended up not quitting and still snorting the snuff (oddly satisfying in a way, snuff is, just thinking about it makes me long for a toot). So, the amazing dreams began, like taking acid but being able to sleep. I've heard similar stories from folk on the patch who supplemented with cigarettes. You might wish to be aware of any other OD symptoms, be careful.
