Subtotal

$19.22

In addition, the Radio Shack box was about $2.69
One battery connector (I'm an 808 fellow)
And I found the displays available for $2.89(?)/each Shipped on eBay.

...and of course 18350 batteries.

I did not install the main power switch that mamu has used. That may be a questionable decision.

It will be a little tricky to get the display installed as everything else is put together and in the way. I can do a little taking apart if needed to get it in.

Thank you Cool_Breeze for taking the time to type that up.
I'm always curious to what others are using and it helps spin my wheel cage in my old coconut. :)

I saw this one on ebay but total cost is 20.00 and the input for the meter and board is 7 volts if i read correctly and maybe not for the application and i think its on the big side as well not sure there are no dimensions listed.
But it caught my attention as the meter is already hooked up.

Im still and always will be learning but its getting addicting. :)
