I'm sure most of us have heard or come across the UK ECIG STORE! And I'm sure most of us would have possibly made a purchase from the UK ECIG STORE!
This is my personal experience of doing business with them.

UK ECIG STORE is most definitely the Godfather E-Cig vendor in the United Kingdom. They stock all the top products, from beginners devices to advanced devices, e-liquids, accessories and much more! Basically any vaping hardware can be found here. Their website is well neatly presented and very easy to use.

Their customer service is the best I've experienced from E-Cig vendors! They have their own technical staff members that specialise in specific products that they stock. And they're always happy to help whether it's a big or minor issue!

There are only two negatives I can think of about the UK ECIG STORE.

1. A majority of their stock is unfortunately out of stock and stays out of stock for a long while. However they give you the option to be notified via Email when they have new stock.

2. The only payment method accepted is PayPal. Although you're protected by using PayPal. It would be good to also have other payment alternatives to make purchases with the UK ECIG STORE.

Please share your own thoughts and opinions. :)

I like them. I ordered a bottle of Claim Your Throne from them and was very pleased with the service. Delivered promptly. The only thing I have a bit of an issue, and this isn't their fault, is that some eliquid vendors don't give a detailed ingredients list. It's the same on most websites though. It's the same for most eliquids, "PG, Flavour extract...". I realise there's not probably not many ingredients in eliquid anyway, I'd still like to know if it's organic extract, synthetic or any other chemicals in the liquid. Like if you scroll down the list of liquids they have for suicide bunny, it says on the details , "no diacetly" which contradicts with the recent discovery that it does contain that chemical.

I couldn't agree with you more.
I get all my stuff that I can get from myepack .
I order before 2pm and it arrives the next day.
never had a single problem with them unlike ecigstore which is expensive and has terrible customer service

They are very impressive aren't they. I ordered some Sony VTC4 18650 batteries the other day after 3pm , i think it was more like 4pm, they still arrived the next day, i did not see that coming. I get all my hardware from them.

Though i was looking for a Youde Zephyrus a few days ago and no one had one in stock and i searched for ages. Eventually i found a place in Portugal : Vaporiz'Arte . Great site , they got some great stuff. Sadly i'm still waiting for delivery from Hermes, and those clowns can take weeks. I knew i should have chosen the other delivery option.

I've used them many times in the past. I do find them expensive to some degree. The delivery service is very quick. My main issue with them is they decide whether your given feedback is suitable to show against there products. So if the feedback you leave is too negative (or honest) they simply do not display. This is what I have encountered anyhow.

always had a good experience with them, i agree with the above post though. being honest is not the same as hating on a product, so if you find a flavour over tart etc then they should post it to let others know. for me I use ecig store or vape club as my main go to store. i hope the TPD does not effect them to much when/if its sadly implemented. will have to look for overseas suppliers if this happens.

Terrible experience with UKECIGSTORE. Refer to below, the way this Andrew bloke dealt with the situation was laughable. I emailed them about returning my SVD 2.0 (back when it was released) as the bottom cap would not screw on properly.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for your email.

Sadly we can't do much, however if you contact Innokin they should be able to sort this out.

Regards,

Andrew

Hi,

I believe that my statutory rights mean that you as the vendor are required to replace it as it is faulty.

I had such a smooth experience with you guys in delivering the product, I'd rather that wasn't tarnished so soon after receiving it.

Regards,
Mike

Hello Michael,

Thanks for your email.

"Obviously no fault from you guys"
Its a manufacturing fault, and as we have had no involvement in production we wouldn't have the spare parts to fix this.
We can however order these and they should come within two weeks.
Regards,
Andrew

I decided not to apply to that one, then, a day later:

Hi Michael

First of all let me apologise for the way your enquiry was handled, we are really proud of our customer service department at UK ECIG STORE and this incident will be looked in to and the appropriate measure will be put in place so that this does not happen again.

As a customer buying from a UK registered website, you have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it (Distance Selling Regulations). You should have been offered this option in previous correspondence, again I apologise for this.

Moving forward I can offer you the following options:

1) We can exchange the black model for a silver model.

2) You can return the SVD 2.0 to us and we can check to see if we have a new bottom cap that will solve the issue.

3) You can return the SVD 2.0 for a full refund.

Also, which battery are you using with the SVD 2.0?

Kind regards

Emily

Avoid at all costs. I bought from them last month purely because they were the only UK retailer stocking a juice I really wanted to try.

used them once wouldn't use them again. I bought vaporshark DNA 40. Ordered online and chose to go and collect. Was quite excited about visiting as the site normaly has most things i would want. I live in surrey so its a bit of a drive 1 hour going and 1 and a half coming back due to traffic. I got there told them i was collecting my vaporshark. This was quickly produced from under the desk. from then on in service was non existent I had hoped to buy some juice a new tank and a few other bits as i had made the journey but all my questions were met with don't know, cant help ,haven't got it no one seemed interested in offering any advice. Any way bout a bottle of liquid i was told was 80% vg got it home to see it labeled @60% vg. Sent them a mail to query it as to much PG causes me problems with my gums.

any way got a call the next day from customer services and the guys opening line was " yeah its ............. from customer services, whats this email about" no introduction no customer experience just someone that couldn't be bothered to read what was a very short email.

So i just order my stuff on line now from anyone but them.
