As far as I know, everything sold within vape products in the US must be FDA approved, and there is very little that is FDA approved.
Correct. As far as I know, everything sold within vape products in the US must be FDA approved, and there is very little that is FDA approved.
Not so.
All hardware is not subject to that.
For decades they've been trying to get fluids thru FDA's regs, and in part they (think) they have a hand in it..'
But it's not a FDA regulated product except the Nic levels.
Flavors are another regulatory issue and the fights are on in that respect.
Not hardware.
Only things containing Nic are under scrutiny.
As I have said a few times, most of what is sold in US is technically illegal. Then why are they still available in all forms?
Enforcement has been spotty. Then why are they still available in all forms?
When you have not managed to read or understand the legal regulations we have shown you, it is unlikely that you will understand them from now on.Oh You again Show-off? Grow up.!
As said, I buy my stuff over the internet and in local shops with no restrictions cept the Nic level.'
That can be bought separately.
Unless i personally see restrictions, why would i believe this?

Well, when a man can't / won't / understand how the FDA works within the vape regulations in the US, there is little we can add apart from the links we put forward, and just realize that you were not receptive to information.Out.. I don';t deal with idiocy.
