Thread notification not working...

The big mt baker thread, used to give me notifications of new posts.. many times a day. I changed nothing on my account yesterday and there were crickets overnight. Many pages went by today, where I did post and still no notifications.
I turned them off for that thread, cleared my cache, and turned them back on a couple hours ago and still no notifications.
Other threads I subscribe to are behaving properly.
Might someone have a suggestion how to fix this?
I know.. before a holiday.. bad timing.. sorry

I'm also not receiving email notifications. Was gonna start a thread to see if anyone else was having this problem. But seen this and thought it might be better to keep it all together. Hope you don't mind opal that I posting in here so not to have yet another thread going about it.
