Just wanted to say thanks to Mike and the crew @ NotCigs for their great customer service in repairing my Buzz Pro, 6 day turnaround time from Florida to California & back. They stand behind their products and provide excellent customer service.

Glad we could help Florida ! all is ok and working well ?

I don't want to hijack this thread but since it is about giving thanks to Mike and his crew, I might as well say it here.

I had to send my BP back. Since I am on the other side of the world, my challenge was how to send my BP back stateside. Sending it to me takes 2 weeks. I just discovered that, sending it back was faster but had to pay a premium for it. But I wanted Mike to get it asap.

Nevertheless, it took 3 days to reach Mike last September 14, he repaired it and it was shipped back the next day!

So thank you Mike and crew! But as 5C mentioned above, it is SOP....which is even better!

I'm hoping to get my BP and rocking it soon!
