I want to take this time to give a special Thank You to our men and women in the Armed Forces, both past and present. It is an honor to thank someone for protecting my life so I can enjoy each day.

I am awed by the strength of character inherent in those who have served and are willing to serve, knowing their life may be given to preserve our lives.

Seriously though, I did this for those left behind when a family member gave the ultimate price for us. I did not know how else to thank them except to say it. The family members will carry it in their hearts for the rest of their lives, I wanted them to know it was not for nothing.
