Talk about quick service!

Lol, that is quick... 23 hours might just be a new record.
We try to get everything out as quick as we can because we understand once someone gets to that click the button point the next thing they want is to have it in their hand.
Unfortunately there are always things that work against us, our own mistakes and of course the world around us. I sent a package to a friend last week in Alaska and he still has not gotten it but then he let me know they have had freezing rains playing havoc with the roads there crippling mail delivery.
Then there is also the odd events where a package to Puerto Rico took a month to be delivered, tank crushed... two of the cartomizers smashed and a cap actually bent beyond a useful state. How they can do some of these things is beyond me.
In the end though we have to look at the big picture, tens of thousands of orders shipped with the vast majority quick service and even the odd straggler eventually gets taken care of because we make certain of it.
