Still waiting

I placed an order on 4/16 money was taken from my account on 4/21 today is 4/30 and I still don't have my order from
lucky Vapes. They haven't answered my emails and the order has shown to be awaiting shipment for a week now.
Has anyone else had this problem? All my other orders from other vendors arrived within a week.

They run longer on their orders than most but you will get it and their juice (if that's what you ordered) is pretty good.
