Welcome to ECF, catmomma! vaping is a wonderful thing when you think about the alternatives and dangers of smoking. We all knew that smoking was going to lead to early death for most of us, but were powerless to quit without a lot of stress and cravings.

I'm two years and 3 months out from my last cigarette. I smoked 6 a day (from a lifetime habit of 2PAD) for a couple of years before that (thanks to vaping). If I had known how easy it was to vape and quit after vaping for a couple of months, I would be over 4 years out from tobacco.

If you haven't completely quit, dump the smokes and vape your head off! It works.
