It will stay where you set it , it is recessed and is fairly hard to move , not to hard but just enough

THe flat tops need to use a magnet spacer ! , I do NOT recommend this but it can be done ( epoxy the magnet to the battery if you do )

The 14430 is a 43mm long battery it will charge in a 14500 charger using spacers otherwise you need a multicharger that accepts 34mm - 67 mm long batteries
