Pipe smoking

Hello all.

every time I smoke from my serlock I never know when to stop sparking it, one time I even looked in the resin and I still had green parts

I never know when to stop and it's pissing me off every time

could somebody give me a clue or something like that ?

oh and what's the better way to smoke from a pipe, should you put the hole bud in it or grind it ? does it matter ?
