I see quite a few people who are getting into nicotine for the first time because of e cigs , is it a smart idea , not in my opinion .
All of them say pretty much the same thing , nicotine isn't really that bad and i believe that statement is true if used in moderation for otherwise healthy adults.
They seem to believe there are no downsides regarding their health , while they may not see downsides to their health with nicotine don't think for a minute that the health concerns are only about nicotine.
The biggest unknowns and what really scares a lot of people and rightfully so is the chemicals in the e juices, fact is the overwhelming majority of e juices contain certain chemicals that has a chance to do significant damage to your health , especially over time .
There are no long term studies about what could happen at this point since it's way too early in the game , but if you think you can
vape a lot of these juices with no ill effects to your health over the long haul i think your sadly mistaken.
Some of these chemicals scar lung tissue that is not reversible , minor as it may be but i avoid all of these troublesome chemicals and will not vape anything that has diketone's in it .
So just remember, anything you take up is most likely going to have consequences of some sort if not right away many years down the line.
