Nemesis magnet conversion

Hello everyone,
I'm planning to do the nemesis magnet conversion asap and have heard that you can find your own magnets. I've seen the conversion kits, and they look like magnetic washers-- is this a standard, or will I have to do some drilling? Can I find this type of magnet at a hardware store or another sort of b&m? Do some magnets for certain applications typically come in the circular form that is needed for the nemmy swap?

Dimensions and details would be very helpful as I plan to try to find them at a local brick and mortar hardware/machine shop before I place an online order. Thanks!

Haha. Any clue as to what sort of brick and mortar might have circular magnets? I'll order 'em if I can't find em, but I suspect that they're around.

Anyone else? I think Lowe's sells neodymium rare earth magnets, but don't know if I can get circular ones there. Thanks in advance!
