Need pro help

My silver bullet won't fire my vivi nova. I'm at work and don't have my lava tube to assist in troubleshooting. SB fires the Atty I have on it. Is the 510 connection on my silver bullet too low? Can't be....I've seen vivi novas on SB's before.

do you have a volt meter to check to see if the maybe the coil is broken?

I fired up a mini-ViVi Nova today (my 4th one, 2 others have different flavors in them and 1 is drying from cleaning) and it didn't work. After a lot of fruitless troubleshooting, I loosened the top cap about 1/4 turn or a little less, and suddenty it started working. I think the silicone cap was squishing the wick too hard.
