iClear 16-replacement coil heads

I want to buy replacement coil heads for my iClear16s. However, I am still somewhat confused on which ohms to buy-is there any simple explanation as to 1.5 1.8 2.0 etc and what/when they should be used?

What pv will you be using them on? If a VV like an egoc twist, I'd go with the 2Ω. If you have a mechanical 3.7v, I'd try the 1.8Ω to start with.
The lower the ohms, the harder it will hit. Hope this helps.

Mostly with ego 900-1100 mAh reg batteries, however I will also use them with my iTaste 3.0 VV and Vamo? I am trying to figure out what ohms are on the ones I currently use.... What does "harder it will hit mean?" harder throat hit? or harder to inhale?

Harder hit means more TH, and vapor. The 1.7 - 1.8Ω is meant to give an experience on 3.7v that is more like a 3Ω on a 5v pv. Hope this makes sense to you. I'm not all that familiar with the Vamo, does it check ohms. The only way to know for sure what ohms you have is to test the head on a ohm tester.
