Figured I would post this in General Discussion: a good word about good service

Got into squonking, and read a bit about the CoV Wraith. Picked one up (and fell in love with it: this and a Billet Box are always on me). Then developed a small problem: one of the tabs on the battery door broke off.

Emailed CoV, got a form to fill out to send the mod back in. Which I did (keeping the atty and bottles: figured they would swap out the door and send it back). This was last week friday (20 Jan).

Got home today (26 Jan), and there's a package: they simply sent a complete new kit, with everything.

I can't say enough good about these guys! Awesome communication, and they treat you right!

Have to add: when I first got my Tempest, the fire button was misbehaving and the catch for the battery door was loose. (also, it was only after a week of use, the carbon fiber sticker on the side looked like it was ready to come off) I emailed them, got the form, sent it in, and a week later got a brand new Tempest!

Their customer service is some of the best in the business!
