SB3174's web page states that the bill has been sent back to the Rules Committee per rule 19(a) ... which means it's over for this session.

It's from 3 weeks ago, before the first hearing at which vapors made a wonderful showing and before the bill was not called as slated this past Wednesday.

This is over for the spring legislative session here in Illinois, but they can bring it back up so we will need to be watchful in the coming months to see what they do.
