This is truly a revolution. Thanks to you guys, people have quit smoking and gotten healthy for the first time in decades. We have experienced a wholly new business model and level of customer care. We have ordered internationally for the first time and continue to maintain a business relationship with people we have come to regard as friends. We have chatted with people from all around the world and we listen to each other. We have become geeks, mad scientists and chemists with batteries, cables, multimeters and juices all over the place. We have experimented. We wish we had studied more math, chemistry electronics in school so we knew what we are doing. We also are having fun.

We have suffered through manufacturing problems, shipping delays (who can predict an Iceland volcano!) and problems with orders. We ask and answer some questions over and over. And over. We know there will be more mistakes, more problems and solutions.
