So I dropped my Provari Mini a few days ago. All is well, not even a scratch. But now when I press the button to vape, it feels like the board is moving inside. I popped the battery out and touched the bottom of the board with my finger and it can move about 1-2mm either way. Did something break or come loose in the fall? Can I fix it? It's not a huge deal, but I love that the Provari feels so solid and the button used to feel so smooth.

You can always send it back to Provape for repairs. That is one of the great things about buying a Provari.
I tried mine. Mine feels pretty solid. When I press the fire button the board does not move. It's under warranty. I'm sure they would fix it.
I may have to contact Provape about it. I've only had it for 2 months, and the first thing I did was stretch my spring out some. This didn't help the wiggling any. Thanks for the replies though.
Id send her back if I were you. Its one of those things you dont want to but you know you have to might as well bite the bullet shoot Cecilla an email and get it over with.
