Change to the Likes system for posts

Soon we'll be changing the Likes arrangement to another system. This is the method used to 'like' a post in order to thank the OP and also give that post support.

If you notice any issues with the new Likes system, please report it in the Site Feedback forum - there is a thread there now for reports / comments.
