Damn,,, first poster never wins! Anywho.. I use a lovely burgundy KGO.. started with the V2, moved on to an Elite 808.. both were good enough to get me off the analogs and still keep them as backups. But now my KGO is my pv of choice. I use EMDCC's and resurrector cartos.. love this setup so much, I'm going to ask for another couple batteries for my bday. And someday I plan to grow up enough to use a tank..

2.) This past weekend I realized I'd forgotten to place an order for more juice & thought I was going to run out completely - then I remembered I had flavors I didn't particularly care for in my stash... I went the mad scientist route & mixed & matched to come up with some pretty decent flavor combinations that got me through until my new juices started arriving. :)

So this one time, I was running low on juice, so I made a massive order of juice (4 60's, 3 30's, and a couple of 15's).
I had just gotten my package, so I pulled out one of the 60's and realized I needed to transfer it to a 10.

On most 10's you can pry the top off and can just basically pour liquid in. Not this 10. It had the cap, but it was stubborn. I was like "Ok. No big deal I have a syringe and I can just use that to transfer". I got the syringe slowly filled the 10. I finished and thought "That was simple enough".

I realized I needed to clean the syringe so I went up to go wash it out. Big mistake. As I was standing up my elbow tapped the bottle of 60 (now 50). Juice EVERYWHERE. :(

Luckily I had pulled up the bottle so that there was about 20 left. But I still had 20 ml all over my desk and about 10 ml all over my leg and jeans (my favorite pair by the way). What could I do? I had just got the liquid and it was damn good liquid. So I went to salvage the liquid. So, I took a business card and slowly pushed all the liquid into a decent pool and then slowly pushed that liquid to off the desk into the bottle.

At the end of it, I probably salvaged 10-15 ml. Not too bad, I suppose--all things considered. I had 50 ml--knocked it over to 20 and salvaged half of that so that I had 30-35 ml. I lost +15 ml.

2 after effects:
1. My liquid now had a modest amount of dust/dirt in it.
2. My desk smelled like liquid for a month--no matter how much I washed it. Ditto for my jeans.

I would like to think that story falls somewhat into all 3 categories.
It was kind of funny--I laughed to my self several times.
It was kind of embarassing--I have posted this story before and ECF people laughed at me ;(
It was kind of about running dry--I would not have bought such big bottles if I had not been so low on juice in the first place.

LOL - I would never have thought of this!

:blink:hehehe - I am wondering how much is modest vs too much or too little!:p
(Think Out Loud)I wouldn't mind my desk smelling like a good flavor![/quote]

I Agree! Very Good Entry! Thanks very much. I got quite a few chuckles out of it.

post #2... we have a casino about 15 minutes from us. We spend a fair amount of time there.. and I always chain smoked in there.. I could go through almost 2 packs of analogs on a good night. Since I started vaping, no more analogs and I take every battery I own with me so I don't run out and be tempted. Three V2 batts, 2 Elite batts (didn't have my KGO then). One night, it was one of those especially LONG nights.. I'd burned through all three V2 batts, one Elite batt and was on my second Elite. Now, those Elites usually last a good 4-5 hours and when that second Elite batt died??? I was devastated! How could this be??? Where's my friend Steve,, he's got cigs, I'll bum one from him. The fool, he gave me one... ICK ICK ICK!! but did I smoke it? Of course I did. Awful as it was, I smoked the damn thing.. but just the one. Well, come to find out... keep in mind here that I might have had a few beers,, there's a shut off feature on the Elites... and yeah, apparently I had shut it off and didn't realize it.. it was still fully charged the next morning... DAMMIT! that was the one and only analog I've smoked since I quit on 12/5/11. Tomorrow is another night at the casino,, but now I'm prepared!!! Two KGO's,, which means I likely won't need any of my other batts... but will I take them with me anyway?? OF COURSE! I guess that's my run out(slash)embarrasing vaping moment:blush:

My favorite set up is my Saber Touch VV (EASILY the best mod out there, friend is selling his provari after he tried one), with an i06 or a 306 with a glass tip. Favorite juices are clearwater, hulk smash, wicked berry blast, crunch berries, Rascal's Lovin' It, and tiger's blood!

I like to vape around 4.4 to 5.6 depending on the juice.

I have done this more times than I care to even think about. Usually alcohol is involved:toast:.

Good story. Thanks for sharing:).

Can be plugged in when I am near an outlet and so it always has a decent charge when I leave. Not to big to pocket but not so small the battery life sucks. Cheap so I won't cry if I lose it/break it. (I have some larger mods, but they are for the couch at home or sometimes for camping). Satisfying hits.

Ok this was funny for me, and just a little embarrassing for my wifey. I was getting ready for work and wifey tells me she lost her e-cig (again). we spent forever searching the house for with no luck. finally I gave her mine and left. I was at work for about half an hour and she calls me. She went upstairs to go to the bathroom, pulled down her pants and panties, and stuck to her thigh falling to the floor is her e-cig. Over an hour and she wears very tight jeans.
