BuzzPro on the Blink!

Hey all,

I've been MIA for awhile--busy with work, being relocated by my company, impending house sale/move, family, etc. Stopped by for some help from my crew here. My Buzz Pro working sporadically, if at all.

batteries charged ?? ( use a voltmeter if you have one , they should read 4.2 volts each )
Don't have a volmeter, but batteries are fully charged
Take off the atty /carto first
Done
Do you have a RED LED light ?
Yes
DO you have a Blue Led light when the button is pushed.
Yes
DO you have a Blue led with the ATTY/CARTO ON the unit ?
Yes, although sometimes it appears to be Blue AND Red
Do you have BOTH red and Blue led lights ?
Yes, sometimes
Do you get a blue led with the atty/carto ON but no vapor
Yes, when it's not blue and red, this is the case

Any suggestions? Appreciate any help!

One thing to check. Unscrew the top and see if the screw that holds the wire to the bottom of it is secure.

+1 to this suggestion. Everything else sounds fine. My BP almost always showed blue/red when firing, even with fully charged batteries.

Do you use an adapter? If so it could possibly be shorting out. The red and blue combo is also a short indicator. Let us know if either of those suggestions help. What a bad time to have your BP go on the fritz with everything else going on for you

Sounds like you're just shorting out the carto or have some juice down in the top cap. If you are comfortable with totally disassembling the top cap, that would be the best way to clean out juice under/around the o-ring. I've done it several times before I started using a sealed adapter.

That's good advice to follow! I always use a shorty 510-510 sealed extension on all of my expensive mods and they're just as clean inside the connection as they day I got them.

Mine did that and my batteries were bad.

Ditto what kellie said for me! Was a simple battery exchange.
