First off, Youth vaping generally consists of 0 nic or worst case very low.
Second, vaping started before 2010,,, maybe 2005 or before in cig like disposables.
Third, The corrolation between those using e-cigs for THC use is not something to consider in the overall research,, study or argument.
Forth, the FDA and Surgeon General are both sources of misinformation and are bought off by Pharma and tobacco Co's.
