I have ordered 3x from MFS. The first time was great, the second they were out of something and I got a call. Ended up they got what I ordered in and sent it off anyway..... they kept me updated the whole time.
This last time, I didn't like a flavoring at.all. I emailed about perhaps getting a mislabel or such. I was immediately contacted, selected a different flavor and was even told to select a BACKUP incase the new one didn't work either!
Got my replacements and they are wonderful! Thanks MFS!!!
