510 + PCC issue

When I put a new battery in my PCC, it won't charge. If I push it down with the top open, it will rapidly flash(2 other batteries do the exact same thing from what I can tell), but it just won't register as charging(red light doesn't light up).

Both other batteries will trigger the charging light, but this one does not. It will flash when I try to use it, indicating it needs a charge, but won't actually do anything in the PCC.

2.5 Week old PCC, new battery(charged once so far by me).

Is the battery fixable, or do I need to return this one?

Ignore all that. The battery was fully charged, but was flashing the low charge light every 2nd or third button press. Not sure why, but once I used it for a while it now lights up the charging light on the PCC, as it's no longer full.
