After submitting a ticket on the 13th of May for an order I placed on the 5th of May, I finally received a reply stating that the product I ordered would be in stock in about 7 to 10 days. Fine, I can understand that shipments from China do take some time to receive.
The second ticket was submitted on the 24th of May and not answered till the 30th, which is not a very long time.
What really sets me off is that I placed 2 phone calls to the company and never received any answer. In my humble opinion their "customer service" rates between horrible and terrible. Maybe I've become spoiled with the customer service from other sites, fast replies, great service and a willing attitude to make what ever problem I have disappear. Such was not the case with exhalevapors.
To me they seemed not willing to answer my inquires and phone calls in a timely manner. And why should I join facebook just to check on shipments? I for one cannot recommend this company to anyone.​
